How is your mental health? love your work, hope you're eating well and drinking water

I greatly appreciate the fact you reached out to ask.

Been doing a lot better since I got out from under the Batcat video. Been having a lot of fun writing out and putting together Micro videos, with a four-part series currently out for voicing, a seven-part series being built on the Sunday streams, and a handful of other series floating around and being passively worked on.

Going through the final pushes for getting the Frozen video out is also doing quite a bit for me in that capacity. I believe that is the last vestigial project I have that's been hanging like an albatross around my neck. Once it's done, the only projects currently in production are the ones I am imminently working on - namely, Overbreed Episode 1 and the Micro videos.

Not even the death of the Short video and what it means for the various series is all that stressful. It's actually been a rather fun task to tackle adapting them to Micros. For example, Primordium has found itself especially well-suited to Micros, by virtue of the fact it was always intended to be an anthological series with the three Witcher ladies getting into sexual shenaniganery. That lends itself cleanly to a Micro Series with individual arcs split into three episodes: each episode features a different lady doing the sex, all the three episodes are all thematically linked in some capacity.

Similarly, Rabbit.Hole would lend itself rather nicely to a Micro Series, especially considering how I was planning to start cramming multiple FuckBuddy unlocks into single videos anyways. Now, each unlock can be its own Micro video. The multiple unlocks I would have bundled together into a single episode of Rabbit.Hole, I could instead just bundle together into a single Micro Arc. I haven't actually sat down to rewrite Rabbit.Hole as a Micro Series yet, but I think it'd lend itself rather cleanly.

Not all of the series would lend themself so well, of course. The more cerebral series, like No Gods No Kings, or especially the aforementioned Batcat two-parter that InsideIncognita wrote (which is so damn cerebral it genuinely proved a challenge for me to adapt to a video at all, which is a big reason why it was so stressful for me), suffer from the high-level structure of the Micro: one sex animation, one climax, minimal narrative, most dialogue done through sex, 1.5-to-3-minutes length. I actually ended up having to trash and rewrite one of the Primordium Episode 2 adaptations because it was getting quite cerebral, with Ciri reflecting on the ramifications of being a Witcher with a previously-unrealized fantasy of being overpowered by monsters.

Which isn't to say that I don't want to make cerebral stuff. I love cerebral stuff. I find cerebral sexuality to be intoxicating, personally. But just by the nature and intent of Micro Series, it simply doesn't belong in them. At the very least, I need to find a way to spread out the cerebral context. It can't be heavily frontloaded, like the Ciri tentacle Micro was turning into.

By and large though, it's all been great fun. Very liberating, very encouraging. Doing better now than I have been in months. It was painful making the decision to kill Shorts, but every passing day, I regret it less and less. It was a good decision. It was the right decision. And I think, in short order, people are going to find themselves agreeing with that assessment.

Thank you for the concern, and thank you for the question.
