You mentioned that you read an "unhealthy amount of novels" growing up that led to your inspiration in the dialogue written in your videos and webcomics. What is your favorite book genres that you enjoyed reading most?
The books I read were my father's. So much high fantasy it's almost disgusting. Tolkien's Middle-Earth novels of course, but also Erickson's Malazan Book of the Fallen, Jordan's Wheel of Time, Goodkind's Sword of Truth, Williams' Memory Sorrow & Thorn and so many fucking Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance novels.
There were a few other genres in there, like the scifi fantasy of McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern, or the low-to-middle fantasy of Martin's Song of Ice And Fire, but it was far and away high fantasy.
The fact that I am building my own high-fantasy universe in Fallen Throne would come as a surprise to absolutely no one if anyone ever looked at the book spines on that floor-to-ceiling double-stacked bookshelf I had in my bedroom growing up.
