Are you planning on getting an account on any other site allowing adult content, besides Twitter? Some options are Pillowfort, Lewdit and Slushe. It might be good to have another established place ready if Twitter ever starts restricting adult content. Or you know, maybe some of them have other advantages compared to Twitter.
